Was promoted in 1977, and officially constituted on may 26th, 1979 upon the initiative of it's actual president, Dom Rosario.
The first seat of the Institute was in the Palace of the UNITED NATIONS in GENEVA, where the constitution took place, in the presence of the members/co-founders who were diplomatic representatives of following countries:
